Straightforward freight solutions for metro, regional, and specialized medical supplies.
East Coast Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane):
- Delivery is FREE for eligible standard orders over $199 (excl. GST)
- Additional freight charges may apply to Adelaide and Perth and will be shown at checkout
- Please note that metro areas are defined by our freight providers and some regional areas may be included
- A handling charge of $24.95 + GST will be charged for orders under $199 (excl. GST)
Non–metro, regional and country:
- Goods delivered outside the metro area, including backorders will incur freight charges
Freight charges that apply for all areas:
- Freight charges will apply for heavy, large or sensitive items (e.g. furniture, equipment, bulky products)
- These charges will be applied at cost and clearly displayed at checkout
